Modular Carpet Technology

Conserv™ Modular

Conserv Modular is a high performance carpet backing that uses fewer nonrenewable resources and weighs 25% less than standard modular carpet products. Like all Tandus Flooring products, Conserv is 100% closed-loop recyclable in our existing recycling process.

ER3® Modular

ER3, standard on Tandus Flooring modular carpet, is our 100% recycled content backing. ER3 modular achieved NSF-140 Platinum rating from Scientific Certification Systems (SCS).

  • 45%-65% overall recycled content, including a mininum of 13% post-consumer content.

ethos™ Modular

Tandus Flooring looked outside our industry to find a waste stream we could recycle into flooring. This search led to the development of ethos. ethos products are made from recycled PVB film commonly found in the abundantly available waste from windshields and safety glass.
